Sundance Square & City Center Tenant Improvements, Apartment Make-Readies, and Remodels

The Projects Group works side by side with Sundance Square on Tenant Improvements and finish-out projects. The Projects Group serves as the owner's representative for both Sundance Square and the City Center complex. In this on-going capacity, we manage tenant improvements for new occupants, working closely with brokers and other commercial real estate professionals to negotiate and manage the new spaces.

To date, we have overseen the completion of many new retail and office spaces in downtown Fort Worth along with the repeated business of project management when needed. From daily correspondence to monthly meetings with owners, architects and contractors, The Projects Group is an integral part of what makes the partnership with Sundance Square unstoppable.

In addition, we support Sundance Square by providing our management expertise completing make-readies and full completion of apartment interiors between tenant move-outs. This process includes schedules, budgets, ordering needed materials, coordinating with contractors follow-up walk through's and final invoice reconciliation with Sundance Square.
